Hi all, this morning I did Low Impact circuit. I liked it a lot better than the Low Max I did yesterday. I liked having the weights portion to break up the step portion, plus this one seemed a lot easier and I'm kinda lazy. I loved the abs section of this one, I really felt it while I was doing it. Those one legged squats holding the weights were kinda hard due to my sucky balance but I did it. I didn't have time to do the bonus cardio section this morning, but I am going to go do it in just a few minutes because I want to call this one done. The temp on my desktop says it's 97 degrees outside right now. It is roasting. I hope I make it through this 10 minute workout without dying, I haven't turned on the AC cuz I can't afford it. Tomorrow I am taking a rest day. Have a great evening everyone.
