Guest guest Posted May 5, 2011 Report Share Posted May 5, 2011 Hi Everyone, For today I did Firm Super Cardio Sculpt w/ Tucker. This a a FIRM style cardio routine - it is a bit lower key - which was fine for me today. The back of my thighs are still talking to me from Kettlenetics. Hard to believe a 4lb kbell and a 20 min workout could give me so much DOMS! Tomorrow I have Firm Bootcamp 3-in-1 scheduled. I'm just going to do one of the workouts, though, not both back to back! I also have my long outdoor walk scheduled. If I'm still really sore in my legs I may actually postpone my FIRM and do it on Sunday instead and maybe do some matwork Pilates tomorrow instead.
