Guest guest
After taking a walk and iso-bow work out I pulled out the classic & steel bow its been a while since trying to measure my chest compression as in the Arnold challenge . My classic has a scale that goes to 260 I had three attempts reaching 160 and falling back to 150 on the last two next steel bow. Again 3 attempts the scale goes to 120 on heavy spring I got 110 which is the most I have ever reached on the steel bow I am impressed with my self and thats with a little over a month of iso-bow anyway I continued with a full SAH and I am well and truly done! > > Gentlemen, > > So far so good and thank you for your updates. > > One of the biggest challenges is showing a very hard pull on video... > it just doesn't look like one is pulling hard. > > My 28-year old nephew has been pumping iron very seriously for the last 5 months and came to a gathering sporting an impressive set of biceps. I asked him if he would try the I-B in a slow motion " hard " pull and he agreed. > Needless to say, his biceps " exploded " from the pump. > He was surprised with the challenge, pump and the range of motion experienced while getting the pump. > It was interesting to watch his biceps " pump-up " with so little time. > The key is the " slow-motion " hard pull rotation. > > Many times, one gets too involved with the " spinning " and not pulling hard enough to get that " Power Pump. Guest guest
My primary focus is going to be on doing very slow but hard movement with the Iso-Bow. I want my biceps, triceps, shoulders and chest to scream for mercy by the time I am done. LOL!
