After taking a walk and iso-bow work out I pulled out the classic & steel bow

its been a while since trying to measure my chest compression as in the Arnold

challenge .

My classic has a scale that goes to 260 I had three attempts reaching 160 and

falling back to 150 on the last two next steel bow.

Again 3 attempts the scale goes to 120 on heavy spring I got 110 which is the

most I have ever reached on the steel bow I am impressed with my self and thats

with a little over a month of iso-bow anyway I continued with a full SAH and I

am well and truly done!

My primary focus is going to be on doing very slow but hard movement with the

Iso-Bow. I want my biceps, triceps, shoulders and chest to scream for mercy by

the time I am done. LOL!

Hey rich i tend to flip from one side to the other but i do slow down and when i

do it is punishing i find speeding up with lighter load gives me a breather

with out coming to a stop then applying the pressure again to load up.
