I guess I goofed around too long this morning because I ran out of time sooner than expected today. I only had time to do the warm up, the lower body section and the stretch. I had planned on doing upper body as well. If I feel like it tonite I will do that portion after work. Tomorrow morning I am taking a rest day and sleeping in until 6.
