Guest guest
WAY TO GO SARAH!! That's the kind of news we want to hear, too awesome!!! 's Saturday workout Hi all, I actually did this workout this morning but am just now getting time to post as I had a doctor appt this morning. My appt. was just to review my latest lab results which are now all normal and totally awesome and I do not have to take any meds and the doctor was blown away at my progress. Yeah for me. the reason I am so excited is that at one point in time I was diabetic, had high cholesterol, high blood pressure, fatty liver, bad kidney tests, and heart disease and a bunch of other nasty stuff. Anyways, today I did Jari Love Get Extremely Ripped. I like this workout but I only do it on weekends as it is so long, I know it can be done as 2 indiviual shorter workouts but I just like to do all of it at once. I am starting to feel it ever so slightly in my shoulders and my booty. Not much, but a little. I am off to watch a movie now, but first I have to get through a bunch of emails. Have a great day everyone. in CA

Guest guest
Hey all, sorry I haven't posted much. Life has been happening and I have been very time crunched and very stressed out lately. I will catch you up on my workout status. On Thursday I was scheduled for Cathe's Imax 3. I had not had a chance to preview this one. I did the warm up and was in such a good mood to exercise. I started out on the step portion but I did not even make it 5 minutes into it and was totally lost. I tried rewinding about 5 or 6 times but just could not get it and then I started running short on time and was so frustrated by then that I just gave up on that. By then I only had about 30 minutes left to workout and didn't have a back up plan so I just jumped on the exercise bike and set the timer for 30 minutes and went for it. I have not totally given up on Imax 3, I am going to give it one more try after the rest of this Cathe rotation is over, on a weekend when I have more time and patience and after I have had a chance to preview it. I don't know that I will have the patience to figure out the choregraphy or not, but it is going to get one more chance. Friday I took a rest day. Today I did Cathe's Boot Camp. I really loved this workout. I am starting to feel it ever so slightly in my back which is a good thing. it was a toughie, but in a good way. I loved the kickboxing parts especially. I don't think my knees are loving all the jumping though, I am probably going to pay dearly for that the rest of the day. Tomorrow is scheduled for Cathe's 4 day split kickboxing. I have done that one before once and I think I remember that I liked it. Then on Monday I get to go back to a lower intensity week again and believe me I am ready for it. My husband left to Mexico, he will be gone for awhile, I'm not sure how long. I am just going to watch movies for the rest of the day and relax. I didn't start the day off well eating wise but I am going to try and save it. For breakfast I had two candy bars, I think it was due to stress, I am going to try hard to reel it back under control today. Have a great day everyone. in CA
