I started Insanity on Sunday night with the fit test, which for me was a

complete joke lol, but hopefully there will be some improvement by next time.

These workouts are really hard for me, but just what I need to get myself going

again. I'm actually a day ahead since I started on Sunday so I'll either do the

recovery workout again tomorrow or just take two days off. I've had major DOMS

this week but it's getting better. Anyone else currently doing Insanity?
