Guest guest
Darcy, you are so inspiring! You work out more preggers than most Americans do normally. Love it!My favorite App of all is the LOLcat app. Nothing to do with fitness whatsovever but it helps me keep my sanity. Okay, I love this app. I just inputted all of my workouts since the day I found out I was pregnant! So cool to see the stats on how I've done. Some months better than others. Oops on April's! November (only 4 days since I found out I was pregnant) - 100%December - 77% (24 out of 31 days)January - 81% (25/31 days)February - 82% (23 / 28 days)March - 65% (20 / 31 days)April - 50% (15/30 days) May - SO FAR 86% (12/14 DAYS)Overall, I have worked out 73% of every single day since finding out I was pregnant. If I were to stop today, it would come out to be 49% of workout days of being pregnant (w/ my due date as my ending day). My goal for the month of May is 5 days a week which calculates out to about 70%, hopefully June too, and then I might be decreasing come July (hopefully not, or not by much). So, in the end, I hope to have my perecent be around 75% still. Anyway, thought I would share. ;)D
Guest guest
Aww, how sweet, I just looked it up. I bet it's great!Thank you also so much for your kind words. If I didn't have my fitness groups to check into and help keep me in line, it's questionable whether I'd still be working out or not! Guest guest
Aww, thank you so much!! I should add that my workout times have decreased quite a bit though too! I aim for at least 30 minutes, but some go longer. My stamina and endurance just really isn't there! However, with that said, most of my workouts are not easy either. I haven't been choosing very light workouts. Well, they might be light to some - ha! But, I'm working at a pretty hard level for myself anyway D  That's amazing, Darcy, especially since you also have other kids! Guest guest
Thank you! I totally believe it about the labor. It takes a lot of energy to birth a child!  That is what I keep telling myself. One reason it's important to me to try to stay in good shape for the end 'production'. I worked out with my other three pregnancies as well. Some better than others. NO matter what though, I gain a lot of weight. I totally shudder at the thought of how I would move and look if I didn't workout at all! UGH!
