Guest guest Posted May 12, 2011 Report Share Posted May 12, 2011 Hi Everyone, My back and hip were stiff after taking yesterday off from exercise and then spending the day sitting in front of a computer at work! GRR! So, today I did a 40 min session o the recumbenet bike - very hips and back friendly -and then added on Pilates from Annette Fletcher's Perfect in 10 Pilates (sort of like the 10 min solution - 5 10 min segments - I did abs and legs). Tomorrow I hope to get to my FIRM sculpting ball workout plus my outdoor walk w/ my friend. But, I'll listen to the old body and make adjustments if need be. Hope everyone has a good day.
