Hi Everyone,

My back and hip were stiff after taking yesterday off from exercise and then spending the day sitting in front of a computer at work! GRR!

So, today I did a 40 min session o the recumbenet bike - very hips and back friendly -and then added on Pilates from Annette Fletcher's Perfect in 10 Pilates (sort of like the 10 min solution - 5 10 min segments - I did abs and legs).

Tomorrow I hope to get to my FIRM sculpting ball workout plus my outdoor walk w/ my friend. But, I'll listen to the old body and make adjustments if need be.

Hope everyone has a good day. I think my right hip needs a foam rolling session!Donna
