Guest guest Posted May 13, 2011 Report Share Posted May 13, 2011 WW is doing a 5K walking challenge culminating on May 22 (we gave out 6 week training plans in April and I've been challenging my members every week to get up and move then they give reports to inspire others and get sneaker stickers for their activity, no matter what it is and participants earn a "5K" charm just for walking that distance that day). Now that it is finally warm here I've been listening the birds and thinking I want to get outside and walk some too. Friday - walk.... Hi Everyone, I skipped my a.m. session, mostly b/c I had to do some work for my job (it is my busy season!) and I knew I was going to do an outdoor walk w/ my friend late today to cover me on the "exercise" front. So, for today it will just be the walk. When I get back from walking I'm forcing myself to do some strecthing and foam rolling. I need it. I will resume my FIRMs either tomorrow or Sunday!
