Of late I've been getting home, falling asleep, waking up to workout then going to be for the night - not good so I'm going to fix this and not complain about any lack of weight or inch loss. Date Day Day Video(s) Notes Min 4/17/2011 Sun 21 ETV - Slim Down Fast: Fat Burning Cardio Morning - I chose this because it's Carson led workout and he didn't dissapoint. It seems that all of his cardio involves some time of toning (that's a good thing) for toning he uses an up to 2 lb toning ball (or a 1 lb or 2 lb dumbbell). There's not much in the way of impact...I think I'm sold on his Get Sexy! Weight Loss Kit. 20 10 Pound Slimdown / Ripped in 30 Week 4 Date Day Day Video(s) Notes Min 4/18/2011 Mon 22 10 Pound Slimdown - Total Body Blast Morning - I'm really low energy so far today, so as Tony Horton says, I did my best and forgot the rest . 20 Ripped in 30 Week 3 Evening - sometimes more is too much, I think adding Ripped in 30 to 10 Pound Slimdown was too much. I'm certainly not eating and sleeping enough to support this level of exercise the carb cravings weight plateau and exhaustion support this 30 10 Pound Slimdown - Core Late evening - got my second wind, glad I was able to get through but I have to reconsider doing Ripped in 30 this week. And I'll use K-Swiss with these for now 20 Date Day Day Video(s) Notes Min 4/19/2011 Tue 23 10 Pound Slimdown - Lower Body Evening - I was really dragging this morning so I did this in the evening instead of the morning. Got home and fell asleep again, had to force myself to move but Freytag got me going . I really like her 20 WATP - The Power Mile Evening - I know I'm supposed to back off since I've got most of the symptoms of over training so…I thought a gentle mile would feed my want for a second workout without over doing it. Used regular shoes and weighted balls (blue). Workout seems just right 20 Date Day Day Video(s) Notes Min 4/20/2011 Wed 24 10 Pound Slimdown - Upper Body Morning - so, so, tired this morning, yuck. 20 10 Pound Slimdown - Core Evening - well I think I know what's going on with me, think I've overtrained for sure, so I'm going to omit the rest of my scheduled Jillian s workouts and when I want/think I need to do something more leave to a cardio type workout 20 Date Day Day Video(s) Notes Min 4/21/2011 Thu 25 ETV - Rock and Tone Intermediate Walk Morning - wanted a cardio only workout so I chose the intermediate level over the advanced level that has more toning moves. 20 10 Pound Slimdown - Yoga Evening - the more I do this the more I enjoy it 20 Date Day Day Video(s) Notes Min 4/22/2011 Fri 26 ETV - Cardio Kickboxing Morning - this quick Amy Dixon led workout is fun. It's not too complex and the level of difficulty is mid-range, I haven't done turbo jam's 20 minute workout in a while but from memory this is less intense. 20 10 Pound Slimdown - Lower Body Evening - felt this tonight, may be because I'm awake/aware instead of how I am in the morning. I'm pretty sure my range of motion/movements are the same AM or PM or, this may be proof of increased intensity when you are well fed instead of exercising right after fasting. 20 10 Pound Slimdown - Upper Body Evening - whoa, doing these workouts back to back really increases the intensity.
