I'm not sure what is going on with my body lately. For the last 3 days I have had pain in the back of my upper legs. It feels just like DOMS but it can't be because I haven't done anything. The last workout I did was kelly's upper body workout. Anyway, I have taken off 2 rest days and I decided I better suck it up and do something today if I ever want to get to that elusive 140 lbs. Today I did Ford's Step by Step. I totally loved this workout, for me this one alone was worth the 9.99 I paid for it. It was similar to Kari 's Go workout. This one is 60 min long but it really flew by. I am not sure what I am going to do today. I have some bananas that need used up so I will try to find a low fat banana muffin or bread recipe. Have a great day everyone, our weather here is perfect today.
