Guest guest Posted May 8, 2011 Report Share Posted May 8, 2011 I had a good exercise day today - I did FIRM Cardio Overdrive with from the "Cardio Weights" series. I also did 2 segments from 10 Min Solution Pilates for beginners (total body and stretch). Then, we did a family walk/hike for a bit over an hour and I stretched out w/ Annette Fletcher (my DD joined me which made it special). I also took my DD out on her bike, which was more walking for me, while she rode.unfortunately, my good amount of exercising was probably un-done by food and wine, but what can you do?
