i gave it a go yesterday as in the dvd nice warmup but will need more practice

at that. Then i started on the sit at home feeling keen i thought i might be

able able to keep up with you in the dvd wrong you got me in the leg department

wow what a burn and only on the lightest spring my wife came into room started

laughing i was pulling faces and all and she said your not going to able to move

tomorrow never would have thought you would brake into a sweat seating on a

chair thats a great 30 minute work out!
