45% 121.00 99.00I lost a little over half a pound this week, YEA ME!I did more exercise this week, mostly on Saturday (1 hour of walking)

but I feel good. My sinuses have cleared up, my head feels better (less pain) AND I passed the English Proficiency Test I took! Now I have to take the performance test so please say a prayer for me!This week my plan is to walk everyday and do Kathy 's Project: YOU Jen
