....a dictionary of fitness terms?? I could sure use one. I'd like to be able to go down a list and mark which movements are okay for me and which are definitely out! I'm still fairly new to this hobby?/sport?/activity and many of the terms are still new to me. For instance, before I found this forum, I didn't even know what a kettlebell was!
