I am registered to attend the ILCA Conf. July 23 through July 27, 2008 and have paid $685. Now am unable to attend. Cancelling at this date, I can retrieve only 50% of my investment. Could someone use my registration? Payment schedule could be negotiated. Session choices reflect my interests - private practice. Could fax a copy of registration for your perusal.
