I didn't end up getting her DVD though b/c I tried the other step workout and found it to be too complex. For the last 3 days I have had pain in the back of my upper legs. It feels just like DOMS but it can't be because I haven't done anything. The last workout I did was kelly's upper body workout. Anyway, I have taken off 2 rest days and I decided I better suck it up and do something today if I ever want to get to that elusive 140 lbs. Today I did Ford's Step by Step. I totally loved this workout, for me this one alone was worth the 9.99 I paid for it. It was similar to Kari 's Go workout. This one is 60 min long but it really flew by. I am not sure what I am going to do today. I have some bananas that need used up so I will try to find a low fat banana muffin or bread recipe. Since I have done this one before, it was actually quite refreshing to be able to do it all the way thru with no problems. I really do like this one, but it is kinda easy now. On Cathe's rotation, this week was low intensity, next week I am going to get my butt kicked with higher intensity stuff. I don't plan on doing much today, I have a few errands to run and then watch some TV and I don't know what else I will do. I have to take the grandkids shopping to buy my daughters' mother's day present, I don't know what we are going to get her yet.
