Thanks, !

I'll let you know! I like *some* recent stuff, but most of my collection is from

high school and shortly thereafter - so any era works for me. Did you know that

Elvis has lots of songs two minutes and under? Perfect for intervals without

having to make them myself with Audacity software. Yay! A Little Less

Conversation is one of my faves, even if it is only 114 bpm or so. ;) Though I

could speed it up with Audacity, I suppose.

I was severly lacking much variety for stuff over 140 bpm for faster intervals,

but scored a few bpm specific workout albums in the clearance bin today. I'll

let you know how the collection shakes out, after the great-cd-ripping-to-iTunes

project, heh.

Ooh, and I think I'm going to like these: http://amzn.to/jn0Vny

I found Tae Music Advanced and Instant. The covers sound pretty well done, and

the Advanced is all 170 bpm - and the Instant has 6 different short workout sets

from 135-160 bpm each. I'll have to keep my eyes open for the Basic one. :)

This site looks to have a lot of great downloads, but I'd have to go to library

to download that kinda of thing to give them a shot. :)

These sites have been great for ideas, though! There are a lot of older classic

rock/punk/etc that I didn't realize would be the right beat. And I'm finding

that DH and I have a lot of those cds around, heh.

There I go, getting all linky again. :-D

Hugs (gentle to due to sore abs, lol),
