The only ones I have not done are Keep It Off and The Cardio Sculpt one in the Express Series. I did all of the others at least twice in a rotation once. Took me a long time to finish it but I will say they were effective! Boring sometimes, but effective! Debbie makes you hurt in a sneaky way and I gotta respect that Can't wait to hear about it!I think I can get the missing Focus workouts from a friend. If not I'll just substitute the Longevity workouts instead, NO BIGGIE. I'm thinking I'll add on a body part specific workout on the end of them on my own from magazines or my own construction.
