Guest guest Posted May 6, 2011 Report Share Posted May 6, 2011 Hi Everyone, Today I did FIRM Bootcamp 3-in-1 - but I only did the first workout. This DVD allows you to do one of two workouts or combine both workouts for an extra long session. Honestly, I just can't handle an hour plus of weights anymore (another reason to talk myself out of the Cathe pre-order) so I just did Workout # 1 which was 42 minutes (according to the DVD) and did fine w/ it. This one was a bit heavy on the rows - so I ended up skipping a set and concentrated on arching/extending my back instead. I also substituted Pilates exercises and planks with the second set of ab work. but, overall I enjoyed it! It was fun to see some old footage from Tortoise and Firm Strength. I forgot about the rounded boxes from the Tortoise and Hare workouts! At some point, I'll do the second workout on this DVD.
