Sent: Fri, May 6, 2011 7:50:53 AMSubject: Bob's Workout #2  Wow, I totally got my butt kicked today. Man alive. This workout is suppose to be strength, but it is cardio 100% for me w/ a little strength bonus, I would say. I'm still out of breath even 5-10 minutes after completion. Eeks. I planned to lighten up and take is slower, but that was just hard to do. I paused it 2 - 3 times and still got my booty kicked. This workout has no tricpes. I skipped the step-ups in the end and did 3 sets of tricep extensions. It touches on the muscles nicely, but definitely more useful as cardio! I burned a whopping 416 calories with my average at 147 in the 32 minutes Today was workout day #6 for me in a row. So happy with that! I'm just going to keep going until I feel I need a day off....maybe tomorrow..Sunday..Monday..who knows.The sun is shining and it's suppose to be in the 60's today - so happy for that too! Have great Fridays!
