Guest guest Posted April 5, 2011 Report Share Posted April 5, 2011 Today I taught Turbo Kick and it was an awesome class,.. probably the best class I've ever taught! My energy level has been so high lately and I am getting more and more confident in myself as an instructor! I am loving teaching TK! In tonights class, I combined 2 rounds and included 2 turbo sections in the class. I've never done that before! I came home and did the 100 crunches on a ball that talks about. I know I will be feeling those tomorrow! I did some of the ab exercises from Mercy Abs, but not to the DVD. It's biggest loser night, so I am watching that while doing abs in the floor, so I just finished the 100 crunches and some of those crunches with the kicks and V-ups. Tomorrow will probably be Power intervals with RevAbs. Oh and I also stayed for about 20 minutes of Zumba after my TK class, but I am not a big zumba fan, so I usually don't stay for it. I know it's different everywhere, but where I teach, IT's too stop and go and basically not a great cardio workout. They will do one song, stop and change music, then do another song. My heartrate never goes up and I never break a sweat, so I rarely go to this class, but many of my friends do, so I stayed for a while. I've taken it other places where it is a more intense workout, but just not here it isn't. I am just very selfish with my time and I don't want to waste my exercise time doing something that's not worth it. I should have been in the weight room lifting weights instead of that, but oh well..... it's something fun to do with friends and they all love it! That sums it up for today.
