Wed - Calorie Killer & Yoga

Hi Everyone,I'm still feeling tired - I think it is partially b/c it has suddenly become summer here - we didn't even get spring! And it takes my head/sinuses awhile to adjust to higher humidity and air conditioning. We're supposed to drop to more seasonable temps later this week - so just as soon as I get used to this.... Last night while DD was at gymnastics I took a 40-45 min walk - felt good to be out and about in the sunshine.This morning, I did Firm Calorie Killer with Tucker (I recall there was some buzz at some time about coming out w/ her own workouts...I wonder whatever happened there - she was always one of my favorite Firm instructors!) I also did a yoga practice from Body Wisdom - Yoga for Every Body - I did a beginner's practice for feet, knees and hips. My lower body

is sore and tight. I like the Body Wisdom practices b/c they are slower paced and really focus on proper form and alignment and encourage the use of props (in this particular practice, the instructor will mention that you can use a prop and a screen will flash up w/ her using the prop). The "commercial" "flow" practices are not good for me since they tend to put my back out of whack! Thank you all for your words/thoughts about the situation with DH's aunt. I do hope we can find a good solution for this soon, it is weighing heavily on my mind. Take care!Donna

Your weather sounds as wacky as ours. We had a never-ending winter that keeps threatening to come back but in between the low temps we go up to the 70s. In Michigan we say "If you don't like the weather, wait a minute, it will change."

I love Calorie Killer and ! I never heard about her doing her own workouts, that would be great. I also love the yoga practice you did!

Hugs for the DH aunt situation, I know it is tough.
