Guest guest Posted May 1, 2011 Report Share Posted May 1, 2011 Wow. I am beat. I feel like I haven't' worked out in 15 years. Good grief. Anyway, I did enjoy it at times, but boy was it hard. I modified a lot too..like with the knee-ups, I did them on the floor. I didn't jump much at all, and just kept any " oomph " out of it. Holy. I hope this is moreso due to a result of having over a week off then being fat and pregnant! LOL! Anyway, I did the whole 45 minutes. Realistically 20 minutes would have been plenty with the way I feel. I need to plan ahead and do shorter workouts for now. I wanted a fun step though, so I chanced it. Anyway, I burned 494 calories with my average at 133. My face is beat red, and I am WHIPPED!
