Guest guest Posted April 14, 2011 Report Share Posted April 14, 2011 I got a nice workout in this morning with Aerro Barre. I re-arranged a little bit and did round 2 first before the warm-up since he stretches you first. I'd rather warm up the muscles. Anyway, it was perfect again. Not too hard, but not easy either. I did the abs at the end, but modified when I needed too. They were tough for me. I burned 464 calories with my average at 124 (50 minutes). Very similar burn to the last time I did it D Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
