Guest guest
I've got MS for 6 years (now secondary progressive MS, as my doctors say). Relapses are still followed by remittances, but not always complete. I strongly agree with Duncan's conclusion (11 03 2002) that each person has to find what works for them, and it will be different for each person. I have tried almost all possible kinds of therapy (in my country), usually alternative therapies, and, indeed, what helped me, didn't help others and vice versa. Fortunately, I found something (which is called here bio-resonance) that really really helped me and I hope it will help me in the future, too. Even if I am very reluctant to chemical medication, the doctors insistently recommended me Interferon beta (Betaseron). I am not very sure that it could work and help me. Please tell me if you took that medication and what were the good/ bad results of it. Did you take (or hear of) other medications – immuno-suppressors or immuno-modulators – with less side effects? Thank you, Natalia
