Guest guest
In Yoga for Stress Relief the practice for the SI joint doesn't require the use of both hands save for one downdog pose. You can do the rest of it though! The recumbent bike is boring but no grabbing of handlebars needed. Let us know what the doc says, Judy! Guest guest
Judy, I've been gone for a bit. You broke your hand too? It's great that you're getting your workouts in. It's so easy to lose flexibility when you've got a cast. You're doing the right things. Hope it heals fast! Great spin to latin music today...cinco de mayo time!!!going to doc at 2 today...fingers crossed..cast/splint off...and can start doing some workouts. It is really hard to figure out stuff without hand/wrist. i noticed that i am tighter than normal..lack of yoga. i have to find some stretching but no down dogs..so hard.. judy
