Guest guest Posted April 4, 2011 Report Share Posted April 4, 2011 The sciatica is finally diminishing, and I feel I can start back into regular workouts. I still get reminders of it, especially when I am just standing, but the stretches have REALLY helped! I thought I'd start off with some walks this week and then " graduate " to Chalene's Cardio Party, one of my favorites. My workout time will probably be cut down a bit due to puppy time -- but hey, I'm off the couch doing things! I'll need to take her to parks and for socialization, and also to take long fast walks to build muscle and stamina! Oh, give her some training at the same time, too. We've decided to call her Hazel.
