Guest guest
Gentlemen, repeat a falsehood enough times and people start to repeat it. In the spirit of provoking thought... anyone who believes muscle imbalance results from a 2-tube cylinder Bullworker... I am waiting to hear why. In the interim, here is Sir Isaac Newton's laws of physics: "To every action there is always an equal and opposite reaction." Such an imbalance theory is impossible with the Bullworker. The resistance levels are always equal on both ends. In repeating such falsehoods, you are detracting from the very truths of the product you are using. One more time, the laws of physics apply equally to the Tensolator and the X-5. Bullworker .. Subject: New memberTo: bullworkerclub Date: Thursday, September 23, 2010, 1:13 PM I am 63 years old and I first bought a bullworker in the 1970's. It has brown handle grips and steel straps covered with plastic. I used it over the years on and off. I have always been fit a did a lot of distance running and at one time was a marathon coach. In early 2009 I had an achilles tendon injury which kept me out for some time so out came the bullworker again. This time I became hooked. After a couple of months I bought the X5 on e-bay which came with the full manual on CD. Prior to that I had contacted someone on the internet who sent me the full exercise chart. My injury has been clear for sometime now but I am only doing about 4/5miles 4/5 times a week. I do the bullworker session normally before I go out for my run.I do my bullworker sessions 6 times a week. The wall chart I have has the full 42 exercises on which I do each time. Sometimes I work isometrically and sometimes isotonically. Are there more exercises than the 42 I know and if so where are they?I would like some feedback on the steel-bow with regards to it's effectivness as I would be interested in one for taking with me when travelling. I realise it's a two cylinder piece as opposed to the X5 which is three cylinder, which can make a difference with muscle imbalances. I would like to hear comments on any of the above from anyone.jhynes4726
Guest guest
I agree with you, . I don't see why the # of cylinders would make a difference in a device that has one internal spring.. Sounds like bullyxtreme marketing BS. > > > > Subject: New member > To: bullworkerclub > Date: Thursday, September 23, 2010, 1:13 PM > > > Â > > > > I am 63 years old and I first bought a bullworker in the 1970's. Guest guest
I don't believe J. Hynes meant to spread any Bully X propoganda. As says, "repeat a falsehood enough times and people start to repeat it." J. Hynes probably did a bit of research on the Bullys and found the bit about "muscle imbalances" written over and over again. Anyway, I congratulate you, J. Hynes, on "discovering" the Bullworker you bought so many years ago and are finally putting to use. Do you notice any discernable difference between the X-5 and your older Bullworker, aside from the web straps? Here's a place where I'm attempting to gather unique Bullworker exercises and tips: http://theofficebodybuildingworkout28918.yuku.com/topic/4330 Bruce Subject: Re: Muscle ImbalanceTo: bullworkerclub Date: Friday, September 24, 2010, 10:35 AM I agree with you, .
