Got back from AKC Agility nationals late last nightwow am I beat.. my girl did good for 11 yo short hair.. she was a bit wild on Friday's state tournament taking off courses everywhere Then during the nationals was the same during first round but ran 2 rounds clean after ending up 143/300 dogs. I ate like a pig and drank too much margaritas one night. I am too exhausted to start a rotation this week so I think I am going to take today off and do some of the 10lb slimp down this week then start s90 the next.Also see WW has a walking challenge that I will do. Too bad the 5K is a weekend I am gone but will try to follow program to up my cardiojudy

Well i taught spin with one arm... it went ok but couldn't do my rhythm climb which always gets my hr up.i am traveling this weekend so may bring some abs stuff and the slim in6...any other ideas of workouts that don't require your right wrist???on the bright side...prior to breaking my wrist i had 2 weeks of bad eating and was up to 189 prior to break. last week i did ww off and on and am at 187 w/my hard splint/cast which has to weigh something. the traveling will make it hard to be good but i hope that during this month of little upper body workouts i get my eating cleaned upjudy
