Guest guest Posted May 4, 2011 Report Share Posted May 4, 2011 Hi all, I did my workout this morning before work but I am just now getting a chance to post. It was another long one today. I am going to try to loosely follow Cathe's May rotation in an effort to get through some of these virgin workouts and also in an effort to ease my guilt about buying the new preorders when I haven't even done the other ones yet and also to see if it helps me to bust off some more of these pounds for this month. Since I started the rotation a day late, I missed doing Low Impact Circuit On Monday and since tomorrow is scheduled a run day and I don't run, I will just move the LIC to tommorow and then I will be caught up. Today I did Cathe's Low Max. I wish these darn things weren't so long, but I am going to try to get thru the whole workouts anyways. This was my first time doing this one, it was pretty tough. I only had to cheat on one of the leg blasts where she was doing back lunges off the step into front kicks, it seemed neverending and I had to stop, but I only missed a couple of them, not many. My legs were shaking by the time I was done. I am off now to read email and then see if I have time for a little TV tonite.
