I really loved this workout, especially the band work, I know it's working because I went to stand up right now and my legs are shaking still. After I did it I was watching the bonus and then I realized I forgot to do the warm up with today's workout, I am not used to them being seperate in the menu, I will have to remember that for next time. Tomorrow morning before work I plan to do the bonus from this workout and the flip card bonus from TLC and maybe some other bonuses if I find them as well, to finish off some DVDs and mark them as done. Today I used my new green Cathe firewalker band for the band work. I am wondering if this will work for the bonus session on this as well or maybe it is too short and I need to use a longer band.
