Guest guest Posted May 5, 2011 Report Share Posted May 5, 2011 I got a decent workout in this morning with an oldie. It's a CIA workout. I did the warm-up which is about 8 minutes, and then the athletic step portion which is 30 minutes. I did like it okay, but I have a hard time moving quickly anymore..LOL.. and the choreography was a bit tricky. I still did okay with it, just not perfect.
