Guest guest
Ronn one thing about the old handles they fitted over the straps of the iso7x /x5 ( and thats only handy if your a mad bullworker collector like myself LOL!) and two sets will very handy as you can combine a peice with out a handle to one that does because at times you made feel extra handle is in your way .All three webbing have handles and on certain applications you may feel the handles are in your way . Any how I think it's great ii hook them over my feet etc etc leg press / toe extension Just to mention a few cheers Ronn. > > , > > I bought the bow extension when it first came out and had the hard plastic handles with a slit to feed the straps through. Didn't care much for that version, and was wondering if they had upgraded itR since then. So you answered my question. The new one with padded handles sounds great -- will probably be ordering it before long. Hope you do post a video demonstrating it soon! > > Thanks, > > Ronn > > > > > > > >________________________________ > > > >To: bullworkerclub > >Sent: Wednesday, March 21, 2012 6:16 PM > >Subject: Bow extension > > > > > >Â > >Had bow extension out and put it use again yesterday .tried flim some of it but wasn't happy with the result anyway I though I give you run down on what you get with the extension the new version has foam covered handles similar to the isobow . > >You recieve three lengths of webbing short ,medium, long and door jam /anchor with eyelets and a small caribiner /clipI also have the chart which is great it shows you how to correctly loop and joint the webbing. > >You can use the webbing for pure isometric holds which there is examples of on the chart. > >I have also found I could carry out some similar moves I do with the isobow which I will demonstrate in a future video. > >I found I can a also use the isobow with the extension . > >I highly recommend getting one put some effort into useing and experimenting with it to which way it works best for you as more you use. It you find more ways to use it. > >I use it with both the classic and steel bow it take a bit of practice but well worth the effort the webbing is very strong I have been pushing it and it stands up to test no problems . > >With a bit of adjustment for my height etc I got a great set of biceps curls going yesterday useing the classic as a bar bell with it strapped to my feet and a secound set as handles this can be achieved in a few different ways . > >Any how more later . > > > > > > > > > > > > >
