Hi Sara, I bought some "blister" band-aids that I'm going to use. I took my mom to Urgent Care and I was right, she has a bad sinus infection. The Dr. gave her a nasal spray and an antibiotic, so hopefully she will feel better in a couple of days. If I don't pass the test, I can take it again but I have to waif for 6 months before I can take it. I can't be without work for that long, so I will have to look for something else. There's another more expensive national test that I'm planning to take soon. I just have to save some money for it and study study STUDY. After I pass the National test I won't have to take the state test ever again...YEA! I probably won't do the cardio workouts from Project

You because I'm going to be walking once or twice a day instead. I will definitely review the set though. JenSubject: Re: Update on me and exercise plansTo: exercisevideos Date: Saturday, April 30, 2011, 1:58 AM

Hi Jen,

Sounds like a good plan! I hope your foot heals quickly - and your Mom, too! Hope things go well with your test results, too. Can you re-take the test if you don't pass?

Looking forward to hearing about Project You. I really enjoy the strength workouts from that set, but I don't think I've done much with the cardio or audio workouts. Though I did just add the audio workouts to my walking playlist today, along with a few other Kathy audio workouts. :)

She's never had a sinus infection before so I told her she needs to eat and drink "warm" foods, like soup and hot tea or coffee as well as drink a lot of water. I told her she should go to the Dr. but she doesn't want to go..she is so STUBBORN! Anyway, she will find out quick that if she doesn't get an antibiotic, it won't go away.

ME TOO GIRL!  I'm exercising plenty but I gave in to the PMS Monster too much this week and it's time to get back on the clean eating bandwagon tomorrow!  Cooking my meals for the week always helps motivate / inspire me to eat well, and my body feels good when I eat this way.

Here's an easy recipe for anyone who's interested.  We're not exactly in soup season but with a crock pot this is just so easy and delicious:chicken soup!1 bag boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 diced onion1 box chicken brothsome Asian chili paste if you like things hot n spicy like I do.That's it!  Turn on high to start then after an hour on low overnight or for a long time.  I add 1/2 cup rice to this as I'm about to eat it and I can say with pride that my chicken soup is my favorite of all AND IT'S THIS EASY!!

Thanks !It's time for me to get back to healthy eating, exercising and LOSING WEIGHT!

Hi Sara, yea I'm planning to do Kathy's steady strides cd once a week per the schedule. I have my other walks I like to do to i.e. Self challenge walks, No Excuses interval walks and powerbelt walks by Debbie Dee and Kathy . I'm suppose to be training for the 5K next Saturday....If I don't do the walk I'm still going to increase the number of steps I get in a day...I want to get over 10,000 steps everyday..eventually. Hi Jen,

I hope the blister band-aids help you! I've used those in the past when I've made bad shoe decisions, lol. I was always impressed by how well they stayed on. Glad your mom got some meds!

Have fun with Kathy and Prject You! Are you going to try the Steady Strides audio workout from Project You with any of your walks?

I hope all turns out well with your test - and with the other national test, too.
