Guest guest
I can't believe I missed my window of opportunity last night! Altho I had decided it wouldn't be right for me to " go marine " until I had earned my t-shirt. So, maybe I'll get another chance after I have officially paid my dues by completing the 12 weeks ). Is anyone else feel like they are sabotaging themselves these last couple of weeks? I'm not whinning but its weird that somewhere in my mind as I look at my stomach and that little roll I still have on my lower back, and know that that look will not win any contest, it's harder to really push these last couple of weeks. I'm not giving up and will continue in the next round, just wondering if anyone else is feeling this. cyn
Guest guest
Cyn, I felt like you after my first challenge when I worked so hard and did not win. Winning was everything to me then. I am at the end of my second challenge and starting my third. During this time I have come to the following conclusions: I do not need to meet Bill to win (although that would still be nice). I want to stay healthy and fit forever. I like the motivation the challenges give me. Therefore I will continue to enter them until there are no more. I am a winner compared to who I was 2 years ago. Call me crazy but that is how I feel. ~Laury
Guest guest
I use to take natural dandelion root all the time and got off of it when I thought we could only take EAS products. I went and got some today. I'll report back but I seem to recall never gaining that extra 5 lbs one month each week. It's suppose to give you a healthy natural balance of water retension. cyn
Guest guest
Girl, you can go Marine on us anytime you are ready. If you see an opportunity to get nuts, go for it!!! By all means! And PLEASE remember this is about transformation, not perfection. What was your journey from point A (Day 1) to point B (Day 84) that's what it's about. Not necessarily the end result alone. That's why a before picture is even sent in. It's important to see where you came from. - In a message dated 17-Mar-00 10:05:56 Eastern Standard Time, tbrooks@... writes: << I can't believe I missed my window of opportunity last night! Guest guest
Hi Laury, Thanks for the info. You have had 7 kids? What were they...septuplets??!! You look sensational, really great. Sorry to hear about your Mother - it must have been a difficult time for you. I hope you keep up with the (ahem) honeymooning - great cardio workout! Leaner.
