I know there is well documented evidence for it helping build mass and some strength when combined with weight training, but wondered if anyone has experienced more gains from using it to complement iso training with the Bullworker. Guest guest
I haven't worked out or took any supplements for about a month. I was on vacation and to be honest I got lazy. I'll start up again on Monday. While I was working out with the bullworker I was taking Creatine, DHEA, L-Carnitine, and an Amino supplement called Amino 2222. I've taken the Amino supplement before and got good results but i never took Creatine or DHEA before. I was getting much faster results with the DHEA and the creatine. My strength did increase, and I noticed more defenition in my arms and my Traps were starting to stick out. I don't know how to spell it but it's the muscle on the top of the back near the neck and shoulders. I got these results in a very short time. Even more my endurence increased. I don't know if it was the Creatine or the DHEA or the combination of both. I just read somewhere that Creatine increases strenth and DHEA slows the aging process. How ever since I stopped my muscle tone dereased. When i go back to working out i will do the same thing since it seems to work for me. > > Has anyone experienced enhanced training results from Creatine > supplementation combined with Bullworker training? > > I know there is well documented evidence for it helping build mass and > some strength when combined with weight training, but wondered if > anyone has experienced more gains from using it to complement iso > training with the Bullworker. >
