I was expecting this today. I didn't exercise for 5 days and ate badly for a few of those days as well. I actually expected worse. This is not too bad considering. I am back on track now, I did great yesterday.

1. 149.4 (Feb. 15) 2. 150.4 (Feb. 22) 3. gained 1 pound4. 0.67% weight gain

One pound is nothing.. bet it is gone tomorrow :)good workI managed to keep off the weight I lost from the cleanse!! yea!!! I maintained this week but I really thought that some of that water weight would come back but no!! yea!!judyTo: Sent: Tue,
