However for anyone that would like to explore this type of isometrics using chains the following might hold some interest. Google-Ross Training .Com.Go to equipment based articles.Scroll down and you will find-Home made equipment and training links.Clicking on this will bring you to-Home Made equipment.Once again click and you will find-Strength Training Equipment under which you will find-Home Made Isometric Tool which is a chain based piece of easily to make equipment. None of this is strictly Bullworker although it may hold interest for those on the forum who have an interest in exploring the general topic of isometrics.Regards.Ed

Guest guest
Sounds? Yeah...seems like it was supposed to make some type of muscle building sounds, or something like that--haha! It was yellow and partially made out of harpoon rubber. It also had a place where you could load some training pellets that he sold into it. Very German. I was going to get one but it was just a little pricey. If it had of been over here i probably would have ordered it, but there was international shipping, plus ?duties? and had to convert currency--was thinking I may get beat on the exchange rate or something. So I just decided not to. I tried German ebay just out of curiosity, but my translation probably wasnt right. > > > > > > > > > > Seems like I remember Zass' course available here.
