Guest guest
I just got back from my bike ride. It was really nice. I started out with my 12 1/2 yo granddaughter but then she got tired and went home so I continued on by myself. This bike rides so smooth, it was so nice and peaceful and free feeling. I dn't know how long or how far I rode as this was just bonus fun for the day. I am trying to get my granddaughter to get some more exercise without seeming pushy as she is a little overweight, I guess she did okay for a start. I don't tell her it's exercise I just tell her I need company cuz I don't want to ride by myself. I had to let her hold my phone and play music on it in order for her to even go with me, it was a perfect day today. Good nite all. in CA
Guest guest
that's a lovely way to gently get her exercising and spending quality time with her Gramma at the same time! How many minutes would you say she biked for? When will you get to do this with her again?
Guest guest
She only lasted about 10 minutes. She is always at my house so we can do it often. She already came and asked if we can go again tomorrow. Her problem is that she is an identical twin and her sister is very skinny. People are always comparing them and that makes it very hard. Her sister eats like a bird and runs around constantly. I think we will go riding again tomorrow. in CA To: exercisevideos From: pinkpussycat@...Date: Sat, 16 Apr 2011 20:10:56 -0700Subject: Re: My bike ride that's a lovely way to gently get her exercising and spending quality time with her Gramma at the same time! Guest guest
Oh man, that IS hard, having a slender twin sister. I LOVE that she asked if you two could do it again tomorrow! you are leading by example! I'm sure she looks up to you big time because she sees all the major changes you have made. Keep us posted!
