Bullworker/Steel Bow Maintenance

My Steel Bow that's going on its second year and my Bullworker X5 that I've had

for nine years or so were both a bit stiff and showing some friction, so I

sprayed some CRC Heavy Duty Silicone in each's cylinder. Its made all the

difference. Both now compress smoothly like the day I bought them.
