Guest guest Posted April 19, 2011 Report Share Posted April 19, 2011 Today I did the hi lo cardio workout from the Ford DVD, for some reason I had thought this was going to be a step workout but it wasn't. That was my own fault for not previewing it, I had only watched one of the clips on the website but not this one. I wasn't crazy about this one as it was too easy, but I mainly bought this DVD for the step workouts anyways. I probaby won't do this one again but I wanted to at least give it a try as I am doing every workout that I own on every DVD right now. I may break open split sessions tomorrow, I'm not sure yet.
