I workout with strands and the Bullworker five days a week. I figure that the

five day work week is for routines and schedules, and the weekends are for

relaxing and doing whatever.

I do upper body on Mon, Wed, Fri, and legs and forearms on Tue, Thu. For

forearms, I combine the Bullworker with my forearm tools. Each session lasts

about 25 minutes.
