Guest guest
The simple spring hand grip has long provided high rep isotonic or even isometric resistance for the hand, wrist and forearm. It builds strength and endurance and relieves arthritic hands. The Steel Bow, with its lower resistance spring and range of mobility provides a comparable regimen and benefit for a far wider range of muscle groups. Greater bulk or strength might be expected from lifting progressively heavier weights. But just how much hand or grip strength, let alone bulk, does one want or need? Extend the hand grip's local benefits to muscle groups generally through the Steel Bow, and one has a low-risk routine for developing sufficient strength for most of life's day-to-day activities.
