Guest guest
My workouts consist primarily of isotonic exercises; weights, strands, bodyweight. But the value of isometrics cannot be understated. I cap off each exercise with a good, solid isometric. Isometrics strengthens the smaller stabilizer muscles and tendons, in a sense, training the muscles from the inside out and strengthening the weakest link in a chain. The most effective form of isometrics is live isos. The Bullworker effectively delivers live isos from virtually any angle or position you want to do them, with essentially no setup required, and for this alone, the Bullworker is worth its weight in gold!
