However for anyone that would like to explore this type of isometrics using chains the following might hold some interest. Google-Ross Training .Com.Go to equipment based articles.Scroll down and you will find-Home made equipment and training links.Clicking on this will bring you to-Home Made equipment.Once again click and you will find-Strength Training Equipment under which you will find-Home Made Isometric Tool which is a chain based piece of easily to make equipment.
