Guest guest
CD, The Resiliency aspect of Sit-at-Home is quick release. The Endurance aspect is compress as far as possible with quick release. Anything outside of that is a variation of the program. The term "muscle confusion" is nothing more than cross-training, benefits that have been known for years. Your implementation of holding resistance in your release is another form of cross training. There is nothing wrong with that approach and the benefits are evident to you, which is the final measure regarding fitness, strength and cardio. I prefer the term "progressive resistance" as it works on the Iso-Motion principle of varying the resistance through the range of motion.
