Guest guest Posted April 24, 2011 Report Share Posted April 24, 2011 Hi Everyone, I'm back on my FIRM rotation as of today - I did Burn & Shape w/ . It was my first time through this one and it was really tough for me and a good workout. I don't usually like that much, but in this one she was fine. A lot of compound/combined moves that got my HR up. These "pink" Firms are really growing on me. A bit more "modern" with the compound moves and no equipment but weights.Afterwards I did Keli ' Foam Roller workout (flexibility for the inflexible??) My right hip is bugging me - feels more like a muscle strain. It started the Friday before my vacation - I wonder if I tweaked it doing the dancier moves in the Firm's Cardio Dance Fusion? That is all I can think of that would have messed it up. Well, hopefully I can figure it out. It isn't horrible, but it is achey if that makes sense. It hasn't gotten any worse but it also hasn't gotten any better. I thought foam rolling would help but I can't seem to find the right spot. Doing the figure 4 stretch feels like a strain though - so it is something around there that is messed up.
