Guest guest Posted April 18, 2011 Report Share Posted April 18, 2011 Hi Everyone, Today was a mindless cardio day - I did 45 min on the recumbent bike. My back was feeling a bit iffy - I took DD out on her bike yesterday and my have aggravated things by carrying her bike around and then helping her learn to ride it. She wants to go again today, so that is a good thing! I also added on Shape's Pilates workout - the one that Lizabeth did. I like this one, she switches up the exercises a bit so it isn't the same old/same old!Tomorrow we're heading out of town for a few days for spring break.
