Guest guest Posted April 29, 2011 Report Share Posted April 29, 2011 Date Day Day Video(s) Notes Min 4/26/2011 Tue 30 LS Rock & Tone - Advanced Morning - a fun sweat fest this morning, I wish I'd given myself more time to do a longer, sweaty workout 20 10 Pound Slimdown - Total Body Blast Evening 20 10 Pound Slimdown - Core Evening - this was my last 10 Pound Slimdown workout , I'm going to miss doing them, but, this is the thirtieth day of my thirty day rotation. 20 Prevention Ultimate Walking Workout - The Body Shaping Workout Late Evening - this is an interval training workout, walking/toning. Not super challenging, but I wasn't looking for that tonight, a pleasant workout with Freytag. One thing I really like are the quarter mile markers, it's broken into three parts, warm-up is about 2 min, the mile walk is 15 min and the very nice cool-down/stretch is about 4 min. Off to bed, it's my goal to be in bed before 2:30 AM 23 Date Day Day Video(s) Notes Min 4/27/2011 Wed 1 ETV - Cardio Kickboxing Morning - decided to do Cardio this morning 20 PF 1 Legs & Shoulders Evening - the rest of this week is transition/recovery to my next rotation 20 Prevention Ultimate Walking Workout - The Walking Workout & The Accelerated Workout Late evening - oh my, big difference when done together and when already a little sore. Nice! 36 Date Day Day Video(s) Notes Min 4/28/2011 Thu 2 PFP - Cardio Kick Morning 20 PF 2 Cardio Evening 20 QF Total Cardio Mix Evening - thought I would make it a more intense cardio day so Janis Seffell kickboxing didn't hurt. This DVD has four ten minute segments, Upper, Lower, Cardio and a bonus 10 min total body, I did all but the bonus segment. I like that there is a super fit modifier. 30 Slim & Limber Late evening - finally got my stretch in, after all, this is supposed to be a recovery week 14 Date Day Day Video(s) Notes Min 4/29/2011 Fri 3 LS Rock & Tone - Advanced Morning - wanted something a little more intense but not at the Carson level, this fit the bill. 20 PF 3 Chest, Triceps & Butt Evening - think I will always enjoy 20 Get Moving! Walking for weight loss - Walking one, two & three Evening - this was nice each ten minute segment ends with lower body moves. Madeline is calm and encouraging plus there are low and higher intensity options with Madeline somewhere in between. I think I'll do her sister's ( Dozois) Prevention walking workout tomorrow; it will be a family affair 30 Get Moving!
